This is a great wholesome family budget meal.

Neverdagt BBQ
Chicken Thighs 1 kg
Honey & Bacon Rub
Bacon Streaky 250 gm
Brown Onion 1x
Red Capsicum
Button Mushrooms 150 gm
Oil the cake loaf tin with olive oil then place a layer of bacon in the tin over lapping sides.
Place a layer of chicken thigh over the bacon then a good coating of Honey & Bacon rub over chicken.
Place sliced Capsicum, Onion, Mushrooms over chicken.
Repeat process 2 & 3 again then lay the bacon over the top and press down and smoke or oven cook until you get an internal temperature of 75-77 °C
Let rest and the slice and serve with a nice salad and some chippies
