Smoked Cream Cheese

Directions

1. Prepare your bbq indirectly and heat up to 100 degrees.
   

2. Take the cream cheese out of the package and assemble the blocks. Then cut a crust pattern of about 5 mm deep in all layers of the cheese. Lightly sprinkle all surfaces of the block with the Zesty Blend.

3. Add the chunk and place the cheese on the grill.
   

4. Let the cheese heat at 100f degrees for about an hour.

5. Serve the cheese in the pan with your favourite crackers or crusty bread.

6. Since the exterior contains a lot of salt, it is important to get rid of less from the exterior. Of course you can't spray one side with the blend then the combination of the Smoked Cream
